Julia Harris Inspires Smiles and Positivity This past December, Julia Harris, who receives Self-Directed Services from People Inc., took part in the 15th Annual Buffalo Polar Plunge! The event raised awareness and funds for Special Olympics New York athletes in the Western Region. Julia shared, “It was great to see all the people come together for a common cause to support Special Olympics athletes, just like me!” Ahead of the plunge, Julia gave a motivational speech to inspire attendees.
